This coffee is nicely balanced with tart orange and passionfruit notes and a dark chocolate finish.
This coffee is from the ASOPEP association, composed of more than 170 coffee growing families in the Tolima region and founded in 2013. ASOPEP has more members than any other association in Tolima, and it is the only cooperative with complete coffee infrastructure to control the entirety of processing, quality control and transportation. The member families include 30 where women are heads of the household and manage the farming operations.
