Returns Policy

Refunds or exchanges are not accepted for coffee purchases, unless in the case of a mistake in packing or shipping on our behalf.

We make every effort to avoid these errors, but in the event that you receive an item differing to that which you ordered, please contact us via email contact@thetownroaster.com.au with your name, order number, date of purchase, which items, and reason for return.

If you purchased faulty brewing equipment with us, we will be happy to exchange unopened and unused items (with original tags/labels and packaging). All brewing equipment is covered under the manufacturer's warranty. If goods are found to be faulty we will offer a replacement under the terms of the manufacturer's warranty.

Please return the goods within 7 days to The Town Roaster, 8 Market St, Kyneton 3444 VIC to receive a replacement or a refund.

Please note:

We will not cover the return shipping charges.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

All refunds for online purchases are processed through the online store to the bank account of the purchases.

Replacement coffee beans are not always availble in which case a refund will be issued within 5 days of receiving the returned item.
