Single Origin Ethiopia Yirgacheffe Rachia. Light Espresso roast.

Natural processed, Ethiopian Heirloom varieties, grown at 2200 masl in Idido, Yirgacheffe.

This coffee has orange notes with cherry tartness and a chocolate fudge sweetness to finish.

This lot is sourced from more than 350 farmers living in the Yirgacheffe, Idido district. Farmers deliver ripe cherries to the Gizat Washing station, where they undergo a meticulous sorting process to ensure only the best cherries are selected. These are then immediately placed on raised beds and dried over 15-20 days. The cherries are stored at a local warehouse after their moisture content is recorded at 11.5-12%. They are then further processed for colour, density, and screen size then they are milled ready for export.

Obsessed moi ?

I have a thing about Single Origin Ethiopian Coffee ... I had the same fixation with Cuban Coffee after returning from the Sierra Maestra in Cuba . This is the Skin & Bones of Coffee . I have NO Coffee speak ... it is Coffee at it's best . Prepare it as best you can and it will love you all over . Don't fuss it with milk ... maybe a little Honey ... a magical Coffee xxx
