Natural processed, Ethiopian Heirloom varieties, grown at 1900 - 2400 masl in Kochere, Yirgacheffe.
This coffee has vanilla aroma up front with jammy peach and a toffee sweetness to finish.
This coffee comes from the Chelchele washing station in the Yirgacheffe region. The washing station accepts deliveries from smallholder farmers then processes the cherry. Typically farmers in this region don't have access to and therefore do not utilise fertilisers or pesticides in the production of coffee.
