Natural processed, Catimor, Timor, Bor Bor and Ateng varieties, grown at 1600 masl in Takengon, Aceh.
This is vanilla up front, with tropical notes of mango, sugary sweet and dark chocolate to finish.
The Asman Gayo mill is run by Cup of Excellence winner Asman Arianto. It serves several small coffee producers within the Pantan Musara villages. Several years ago, these producers were dislocated from their homes and land because of a natural disaster, and they have rebuilt their lives and farms with a new focus on coffee.
