This coffee has a hint of vanilla up front with berries and toffee sweetness to finish.
Finca Las Rosas is located at the base of the Cuchamatanes mountain range in Huehuetenango. This farm is owned and operated by the Villatoro family and Rolando VIllatoro is currently leading the operation. This farm began planting coffee in 1920s and has been producing coffee now for four generations.
