This intercropping approach supports soil health and provides natural shade, helping to slow cherry development and enhance flavour density.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p1\"\u003eThe varieties grown are traditional Ethiopian heirlooms, primarily Dega and Kurume, known for their nuanced and expressive profiles. Cherries are selectively hand-picked at peak ripeness and delivered to the Haroberdame washing station.
